By this civil application, the applicant is seeking condonation of 15 days delay in filing First Appeal challenging Judgment and Decree dated 15.7.2017 passed by Learned City Civil Court in S.C.Suit No.888/2013.

Though respondent is served, no one appeared on behalf of them when the matter was called out.

a) Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus:

"A)That this Hon'le Court be pleased to condone the delay of 15 days in fling of above referred First Appeal challenging Final Order/Judgment and Decree dated 15.6.17 passed by Learned City Civil Court, Dindoshi by (HHJ:

Shri R.M. Khan, Court no.6) in Small Cause Suit No.888/2013."

b) Civil Application disposed of accordingly.
