The above Civil Application has been filed for effecting service on the Respondents No.1 and 3 by way of paper publication by having recourse to Order V Rule 20 of the CPC, why recourse to the said provision is required to be taken has been mentioned in the Civil Application. Hence, accepting the said reason, the Petitioner is allowed to serve the Respondents No.1 and 3 by way of paper publication. The notice to be published in daily newspaper 'Pudhari' having circulation in Kolhapur District. Notice to indicate that the same is returnable on 10th March, 2015. The Learned Counsel would thereafter file affidavit of service and annex the paper publication. The Civil Application is accordingly disposed of.
