No.I-335 of 2016, registered with Khadakpada Police Station, now culminated into Atrocity Special Case No. 6 of 2017, does not commence within a period of six months from today. Leave and liberty granted.

Application is dismissed as withdrawn, with aforesaid liberty.

In view of the dismissal of the Bail Application No. 1803 of 2017, nothing survives in the Intervention Application No. 1022 of 2017 and the same is also disposed of.
