Perused the affidavit dated 14th January 2015 filed by Shri Santosh Arun Patil, the Officer on Special Duty, Co-operation, Marketing and Textile Department, Mantralaya, Mumbai. The time granted by this Court under the order dated 28th August 2014 to take appropriate decision has expired long back. Now the extension of time has been sought by this Application till 31st March 2015. In normal course, such a longer extension cannot be granted. However, in the affidavit of Shri Santosh Arun Patil,

ash cai-200.14 there is an assurance given in Paragraph 4 that the State Government will take a final policy decision by 31st March 2015. In view of the statements made in Paragraph 4 that we are inclined to extend the time. 2.

Accordingly, time to take final policy decision in terms of the order dated 28th August 2014 is finally extended till 31st March 2015. No further extension shall be granted. The policy decision shall be placed on record along with an affidavit on or before 6th April 2015. Civil Application is disposed of on above terms.
