1) Learned A.P.P., on instructions from Police Sub-Inspector Mr.Palkar attached to Shivajinagar Police Station, Pune, submitted that, investigation of the present crime has already been completed and the police have filed chargesheet in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Pune. That, the said case is numbered as R.C.C. No. 4093 of 2018. 2) In view thereof, the Petitioner is having alternate statutory remedy under the provisions of Criminal Procedure Code before the trial Court.
