CORAM :
ABHAY M. THIPSAY J.
DATED :
19TH JANUARY, 2015 P.C.
1.
None appears for the applicant, with called out. Heard the learned counsel for the respondent No.1 (the original accused).
2.
I have gone though the impugned judgment. The reasons that led to the acquittal of the respondent No.1 are found in paragraph Nos.25,26 and 27. The reasons for which the learned Magistrate doubted the truth of the applicant's case do not appear to be suffering from any error or infirmity. In any case, the view taken by the Magistrate is a possible view of the matter. Under the circumstances, grant of leave would be futile. Gaikwad RD 1/2
