Heard learned Counsel for applicant-Insurance Company. Perused application and other relevant documents produced on record. 2.
The learned Counsel for the applicant preferred present application seeking stay to the execution and operation of the impugned Judgment and Award passed by the M.A.C.T., Thane in M.A.C.P. No. 132 of 2015. The learned Counsel shown inclination to deposit entire compensation amount awarded by the Tribunal within a period of three weeks. 3.
In view of submission, there is no impediment to grant stay subject to deposit the entire decretal amount before the M.A.C.T., Thane in the present matter. Hence, there shall be stay to the execution and operation of the impugned Judgment and Award passed by the M.A.C.T., Thane in M.A.C.P. No. 132 of 2015 subject to condition that the applicant shall deposit the total sum of compensation to the tune of Rs.24,09,000/- before 1/2

No. 132 of 2015 within three weeks from today, failure to which, the stay granted by this Court shall stand vacated automatically without further reference to this Court with liberty to the respondents-claimants to execute the Award for recovery of compensation as per law.
