Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

This Application is for directing appellant to join the applicant as party respondent in Appeal from Order (ST) no. 30707 of 2014.

The learned counsel for the appellant submits that they have no objection for joining the applicant as respondent in Appeal from Order. He further submits that appellant will carry out appropriate amendment within one week from today and serve the amended copy of Appeal from Order along with all annexures and pending Civil Applications on Sneha Chavan 1/2

31 CAAST 31556-14=.doc Applicant's Advocate within one week thereafter. Statement is accepted.

By consent, the following order is passed.

a) Appellant in Appeal from Order (St.) no. 30707 of 2014 is directed to join the applicant as respondent in Appeal from Order.

b) Amendment to be carried out within two week from today, failing which the Appeal from Order shall stand dismissed without further reference to the court.

c) If amendment is carried out within stipulated time as stated hereinabove, the appellant to serve the amended copy of Appeal from Order along with all annexures and pending Civil Applications, if any, on Applicant's Advocate and other respondents thereafter.

d) Liberty granted to the applicant to prefer appropriate application for remaining reliefs. e) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
