Respondent No.2 and Applicant jointly requests for quashing of FIR No.378/18. The FIR is u/s 365, 324, 323, 504, 506, 143, 147 and 149 of Indian Penal Code.

We have enquired from Respondent No.2. He submits that he was beaten up and he had filed complaint because he was concerned with Mr.Sanjay Soni. Mr. Sanjay Soni is also present in Court with him. Respondent No.2 has tendered an affidavit and submitted that FIR should be quashed and set aside.

We find that Mr.Sanjay Soni was in employment of Petitioner No.1 and out of that employment the dispute arose. There is no public angle to it.

In this situation, accepting joint request, we make Rule absolute in terms of prayer clause (A).
