Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Saste, learned APP for the State.

The petition is filed seeking direction to the respondents to take cognizance of petitioner's complaint dated 16/8/2014, a copy of which is at Page 95 at Exhibit-D to the petition. The learned APP placed for perusal of this Court, a communication dated 27/2/2015 addressed by Police Sub-Inspector, Kasturba Marg Police Station, to the petitioner. The communication 1/2

3)WP4643.14 shows that the petitioner's complaint was inquired into and conclusion was arrived at that the dispute between the petitioner and alleged accused is of civil nature. The petitioner was accordingly communicated.

In the above circumstances, if petitioner is aggrieved by the said communication, the petitioner has an alternative and efficacious remedy to file a private complaint before the appropriate Court. We are, therefore, not inclined to entertain this petition and the same is accordingly dismissed.
