This is an application for modification of Condition No.2 imposed upon the applicant while releasing him on bail by the learned District Judge -4 & Additional Sessions Judge, Thane by its Order dated 24.08.2017. 2.

For the reasons stated in the application, condition to furnish one solvent surety is hereby modified and the applicant is permitted to furnish one or more solvent local sureties in the like amount. 3.

Though the applicant was directed to be released on bail on 24.08.2017, because of the said condition, the applicant could not be released on bail. The applicant is further permitted to furnish cash bail of Aarti Palkar 1/2

The said procedure to be completed within six weeks from the date of actual releasing the applicant on bail.
