This is an application for bail under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure in connection with CR No. I-172 of 2018 registered by Padgha, Thane Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 380, 381, 457 read with 34 of Indian Penal Code.

The case of the prosecution is that the accused had committed theft in the ware house of the complainant and taken away the electronic goods worth Rs.86,32,332. The applicants were arrested on 16th July, 2018. Alleged goods were recovered at the instance of applicants. According to prosecution, the

Sknair 20-ba-3206-18.odt applicant/accused No.1 intimated the complainant that he would return the goods. There are no criminal antecedents against the applicants. Investigation is completed and chargesheet has been filed.

Taking into consideration the aforesaid circumstances, bail can be granted to the applicants.

ORDER

i.

Criminal Bail Application No. 3206 of 2018 is allowed; ii.

Applicants are directed to be released on bail in connection with C.R. No. 172 of 2018 registered with Padgha Police Station on furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount;

iii.

Applicants shall report to the Investigating Officer of the concerned Police Station once in a month on first Saturday of every month between 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. till further order; iv.

Applicants shall attend the trial Court on the date of hearing unless exempted by the trial Court;

v.

Applicants shall not temper with the prosecution witnesses; vi.
