1) Learned A.P.P., on instructions from Police Inspector Mr.Shekhar Shinde, E.O.W., Mumbai, submitted that, after completion of investigation, the Investigating Agency has submitted 'C-Summary Report' in the Court of Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, 47th Court, Esplanade, Mumbai on 8th November 2023.

2) In view thereof, there is no material against the Petitioner to indict her in CR No. 197 of 2022 registered with Marine Drive Police Station, Mumbai and subsequently transferred to Economic Offences Wing, Mumbai having renumbered CR No. 62 of 2022.

Osk 23-Ia-3931-2023.doc 3) Record indicates that, by an Order dated 27th October 2023 we had permitted the Petitioner to travel to United States of America. However, she could not avail the said facility.

4) As the police have submitted 'C-Summary Report' in the present crime, we direct the Investigating Agency to adopt necessary steps to withdraw the Look Out Circular dated 6th August 2022 issued by it immediately, by coordinating with necessary Agencies. 5) Petition is disposed off in aforesaid terms.
