By this application, the Applicant-Insurance Company has sought stay to the execution and implementation of the impugned judgment and award dated 20th July, 2017 passed by the MACT, Pune in MACP/41/2010.

By the impugned Judgment and award, the MACT, Pune has awarded compensation of Rs.27,00,200/- with interest @ 9% per annum from the date of application till realization. 3.

The learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that as per the pps

9-iii- caf 833-19.doc Award dated 20th July, 2017, the entire decreetal amount along with interest has been deposited before the Tribunal. The learned Counsel for the Respondent nos.1 to 3 does not dispute the same. 4.

In the light of above, execution of judgment and award dated 20th July, 2017 passed by the MACT, Pune in MACP/41/2010 is stayed till the disposal of the appeal.
