S.A. NO. 751 OF 2010 The trial Court has observed in Para 6 of the judgment while dealing with Issue No. 7 that as per the demands of the plaintiff and the defendants, Gat No. 198 is to be allotted to the defendants and

In view of this, the appellant shall be at liberty to apply to the trial Court by filing an application under Section 151 of C.P.C for altering the operative portion of the order, to be brought into conformity with what has been stated while dealing with Issue No. 7.

The second appeal stands disposed of.
