Having heard the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner and the learned AGP for the Respondent-State, we are of the opinion that this petition can be conveniently disposed of by directing Respondent No. 5-Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Nashik to decide the representation/proposal dated 16th September, 2010 filed by Respondent No. 7 (Copy of which is annexed at page 40 to 45 to the Petition) which is received in the office of Respondent No. 5 Education Officer on 16th September, 2010, if not already decided, as expeditiously as

Till the Petitioner's claim is decided, the Respondent - State is directed to maintain the status-quo as it exists today in respect of the post occupied by the Petitioner. The Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
