Since the impugned order is challenged in two applications revolving around refusal of interim protection and it is informed that the bail applications filed before the sessions court is slated for hearing on 21/11/2022, I am not inclined to consider the applications.

However I would only express, that on the said date the learned Judge shall proceed with the applications as Ashish Mhaske
