Learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the respondent have jointly submitted the consent terms between the petitioners and the respondents. Out of all the total 9 petitioners, 8 petitioners are also personally present and the son of petitioner No.4 is also personally present. The partner of respondent No.1, namely, Mr.Ashish Nevrekar is also personally present and all of them have confirmed their signatures on the consent terms. It is stated that 9 cheques in the name of individual petitioners for the sum of Rs.75,000/- each are also issued and

Thus, in short, the parties have fully and finally settled the matter with the assurance that the cheques will be honoured and upon credit of the amount in the respective accounts of the petitioners, no dispute or claim will survive among the parties. The consent terms are taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

Therefore, taking the consent terms on record, the petition is disposed only with the direction that the parties shall abide by the conditions of the consent terms. There is no order as to costs.
