After hearing the matter for some time, the learned counsel for the applicants, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw these applications with liberty to approach the Sessions Court.

The applicants are entitled to seek condonation of delay. 4.

Interim relief granted earlier by this Court shall continue to operate till 19 April 2024. It is made clear that this Court has not examined the merits of the matter and the learned trial Court shall decide the same on its own merits and in accordance with the law.
