This Application is moved under section 439(2) of Cr. P.C. for cancellation of bail granted by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Pandharpur by order dated 10th October, 2014 in Criminal Miscellaneous Application No. 310 of 2014.

The learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the respondents/accused have major role in the offence. When they were on bail, they threatened the complainant and one NC is registered against these respondents/accused. He submitted that the applicant has filed another three Applications for cancellation of bail against other 6 accused.

Heard the learned APP. No application for cancellation of bail of these applicants/accused is filed by the State. 4.

Perused the order dated 10th October, 2014 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Pandharpur. In paragraph 6 of the said order, the learned Judge has given the reasons and also imposed conditions while granting bail. Respondent nos. 2 to 6 are women. Respondent no. 6 is old woman of 70 years and respondent nos. 2 to 5 have small children. No ground is made out against these respondents/accused for cancellation of bail. Hence, Application is dismissed.
