In view of learned APP, on instructions, making a statement that charge has been framed in this case and the matter is posted tomorrow for recording of evidence, this application is disposed of with direction to Court of Sessions to complete recording of evidence and trial as early as possible and in any event by the end of June, 2015. The

sjs 27-BA-2561.2014 applicant on his part shall co-operate for expeditious disposal of the trial, as ordered. 2.

In view of the submission advanced that the applicant is suffering from HIV and would not get appropriate medical treatment, the Court of Sessions is further directed to send the applicant/accused along with proper escort party to ART Centre of J.J. Hospital, Mumbai for proper medical treatment.
