The only modification which in my opinion warrants in the impugned order is, petitioner/plaintiff can be permitted to carry out amendment as prayed in paragraph 6 of the application Exh.68. 2.

As far as rest of the amendments are concerned, I hardly see any reason which warrants interference in the order impugned as the petitioner has every right to question apportionment of compensation before the appropriate authority. That being so, the petition stands partly allowed.

Amendment to the extent of paragraph 6 of the application Exh.68 is allowed. The order impugned stands modified to the aforesaid extent.
