Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. The petitioner prays for a writ of habeas corpus seeking to produce her daughter Dhanashree before the Court. Today , Dhanashree is produced by Shri Kiran R. Kharat, Assistant Police Inspector of Ghatkopar Police Station, Mumbai before this Court, who is 22 years of age. She states that she has willingly married with Mr.Ganesh Kadam, and is not in illegal detention of private respondent.

In this view of the matter, nothing survives in the petition and the petition stands disposed of. We make it clear that we have merely recorded the statement of Dhanashree that, she has willingly married with Mr.Ganesh Kadam and have not expressed any opinion about
