Having heard learned Counsel for the parties and having gone through the order dated 7.5.2015 Exh."C" passed by the Education Officer, (Primary), Zilla Parishad, Nashik, we are of the view that the order passed by this Court on 21.1.2015 in WP No. 10248 of 2014 has been complied with. However, since the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not been paid the salary as per his entitlement, we keep it open for the
3-cp-401.2015.sxw petitioner to challenge the said order dated 7.5.2015 Exhibit."C" by way of appropriate proceedings.

With the aforesaid observations, Contempt Petition stands disposed of. Civil Application No. 99 of 2016 also stands disposed of.
