It has been pointed out by the learned APP that respondent No.2 has given intimation that she wants to be represented through legal aid. Advocate Pravada Raut is requested to represent respondent No.2 in this proceeding and assist this Court.

Learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the present application. 3.
The trial Court is requested to record the evidence of the child witness in terms of the mandate of Section 35(1) of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 1/2
Darshan Patil 20-ba-3231-23.doc (POCSO Act) within a period of 6 months if possible, from the date this order is placed for its consideration. 4.
The application is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to apply for bail after 6 months or after recording of the evidence of the child witness in terms of Section 35(1) of the POCSO Act, whichever is earlier.

The application is disposed of in the above terms. 6.
I appreciate the valuable assistance rendered by Advocate Pravada Raut, who appeared on behalf of respondent No.2 in this proceeding. Her engagement may be regularize by the Maharashtra State Legal Services Authority if she is not on the panel or else she may be paid fees/honorarium quantified at Rs.5000/-.
