In this petition the only grievance raised by Mr. Patil the learned counsel for the petitioner is that in respect of one incident, separate CR s are registered against the petitioner. He submits that as on today total five CR s are registered against the petitioner. He requests that these CR s may be investigated by one police station. Mrs. Sonawane the learned APP for the State having taken instructions makes a statement that out of five CR s registered against the petitioner, charge-sheet is already filed in respect of 2 CR s. So far as remaining 3 CR s are concerned, investigation is almost complete but charge-sheet could not be filed for want of coShivgan 1/2
24WP461314.doc operation from the petitioner. She also placed on record report dated 24.8.2015 of Mr. S.G.Mullemwar, Senior Police Inspector, Kamothe Police Station to that effect.
Mr. Patil the learned counsel for the petitioner makes a statement that petitioner will co-operate with the investigation agency. Statement accepted.
In the above circumstances, we do not find any reason to interfere in this petition in exercise of writ jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. The petition is, therefore, dismissed.
