On the last date of hearing, it was noted that there is no compliance of the directions of this Court as regards placement of chargesheet on record. The Applicant was also absent. 2.

The situation continues to remain the same, the Applicant being absent and the charge-sheet, though filed, not been placed on record. It is apparent to note that the Applicant is not interested in prosecuting the application and therefore, he is not present. The learned APP makes a statement that the charge-sheet has been filed in the said C.R. on 26/11/2019. In any case, the application, which is filed prior to filing of charge-sheet, deserves to be disposed of in this situation, URS 1 of 2
