By this application, the applicant seeks modification of the condition No. (v) of para 5, as imposed in the order dated 25th August, 2014 passed by this Court (Coram : Smt. Mridula Bhatkar, J.) in Anticipatory Bail Application No. 761 of 2014. The same reads thus: "(v) The applicant/accused shall attend the concerned police station on every Monday between 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. and shall cooperate the investigating officer."

The learned Counsel for the applicant states that the applicant has been attending the concerned Police Station i.e. the Islampur Police 1/4

Station on every Monday between 5:00 p.m to 8:00 p.m as directed by this Court. He submits that now, the applicant is residing in Kolhapur and hence, the said condition be modified and the attendance of the applicant at the concerned police station may kindly be dispensed with. 3.

Learned A.P.P, on the instructions of the Investigating Officer, who is present in Court, states that she has no objection if the applicant is directed to attend the Police Station at Kolhapur. 4.

Accordingly, for the reasons set out in the application, following order is passed :

ORDER

(i) The applicant to attend Shahupuri Police Station, Kolhapur on the first and the third Saturday of every month between 6:00 p.m to 7:00 p.m for a period of two months from today and thereafter on the first Saturday of every month till the conclusion of the trial;

(ii) Rest of the conditions imposed vide order dated 25th August, 2014 to remain as it is.

The application is accordingly allowed in the above terms. 6.
