By the present Criminal Application filed under Section 407 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, the Applicant is seeking transfer of S. S. C. No.48 of 2013 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Jamkhed, Ahmednagar to the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Pune.

Mr. Mallelwar, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant seeks withdrawal of the Criminal Application with liberty to file the same before the Aurangabad Bench of the Bombay High Court. 3.

The Criminal Application is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
