Members of family are before this Court for quashing of criminal case which is under section 324, 323, 504 and 34 IPC. Learned APP has pointed out that all offences are compoundable. Papers show that the trial court was approached but the trial court since last more than one year has not passed any order on the request made by the parties.

One of the accused person has also expired. In this situation, we direct the applicant as also respondent no.2 to deposit as cost an amount of Rs.500/- each with Police Welfare Fund of the State of Maharashtra within two weeks from today. nilegaonkar 1/2
