This is an application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. for bail in C.R. No.51 of 2017 registered with Govandi Police Station, Mumbai under Sections 302, 457, 394, 397 r/w. 34 of Indian Penal Code. 2.

At the outset, the learned APP submitted that, the applicant is also involved in 8 other crimes basically under Section 379 and 380 r/w. 454 of Indian Penal Code.
