The only relief claimed by the petitioner is to direct the respondent No.2 to decide the petitioner's appeal bearing No.222 of 2017 filed on 11th May 2017 challenging the order dated 13th April 2017 passed by the Assistant District Registrar, Class-I, Collector of Stamps, Pune, expeditiously.

Keeping in view the aforesaid limited prayer, we dispose of this petition by directing the respondent No.2 to consider and take appropriate decision on the petitioner's aforesaid appeal as expeditiously as possible preferably within four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
