We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned A.G.P. and the learned counsel for the respondent nos.4 and 5 raise a preliminary objection that the petitioner has a remedy before the Government by filing second revision under section 257 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966. In light of that, we are not inclined to consider the petition on merits. Even otherwise, the order passed by the State Government Mohite 1/2

Writ Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail alternate remedy. No costs.

All contentions are kept open.
