We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned A.G.P. and the learned counsel for the respondent nos.4 and 5 raise a preliminary objection that the petitioner has a remedy before the Government by filing second revision under section 257 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966. Writ Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail alternate remedy. No costs.
