The learned Counsel for Applicant states that service is complete upon the Respondents.

Delay in filing the Civil Revision Application is stated to be of six days, though the Civil Applications contains only blank. However, going by the statement of the learned Counsel for the Applicant that the Applicant is an old lady of about 79 years, the delay is condoned.

Civil Application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a) and the same is disposed of.

The Registry to ensure that the applications, which do not contain the details with regard to the length of the delay, should not be placed for consideration before the Court.
