This is the second application for pre-arrest bail by the Applicant. At the outset, the learned APP submitted that the earlier Anticipatory Bail Application No. 1455 of 2017 preferred by the Applicant was dismissed as withdrawn by this Court by its Order dated 05.10.2017. It appears from the record that the Applicant without submitting the said information to his present advocate on record, instructed him to file the present application. As the Applicant has suppressed the aforesaid material fact while filing the present application, the Applicant does not deserve any sympathy. Application is accordingly rejected.
