P.C.:- 1) Learned counsel for the Petitioner on instructions from the Petitioner who is personally present in the Court submitted that, in view of Communication dated 10th June 2019 issued by the Assistant Police Inspector, Tulinj Police Station, Taluka Vasai, District Palghar, the Petitioner would avail remedy to file a private complaint as contemplated under the provisions of Cr.P.C. He therefore seeks leave to withdraw petition and to file a private complaint.

Leave and liberty granted.

2) Disposed off with the aforesaid liberty.
