Heard learned Advocate for the Petitioner. The order in question can be challenged before the Sessions Court under section 397 of the Criminal Procedure Code. Therefore, I am not inclined to entertain this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. 3.
Liberty is given to the Petitioner to move the Sessions Court under section 397 of the Criminal Procedure Code. Delay, if any, caused due to the pendency of the present petition shall be condoned by the Sessions Court.
