Learned APP brought to the notice of this Court that the complaints bearing C.C.No.1665/SS/2015, C.C.No.1666/SS/ 2015 and C.C.No.1667/SS/2015, which were pending before the Metropolitan Magistrate, 7th Court, Bhoiwada, Dadar, Mumbai, were already withdrawn by the original complainant and the accused therein were acquitted. Learned Counsel for the applicant also conceded to this position. 2.
