This is an application for extension of time to furnish the sureties in pursuance of order dated 17.10.2015 passed by this Court.

By an order dated 17.10.2015, the applicant has been released on bail in connection with CR No.447 of 2015 registered with Khar Police Station.

The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that due to various difficulties faced by the applicant, he could not furnished the said sureties within stipulated period as was directed in Clause-(i) of para-6 of the order dated 17.10.2015.

2/2 appp.962-2015.sxw For the reasons stated in the application, the period to furnish one or two sureties in the sum of Rs.15,000/- is hereby extended by 4 weeks from today.

The application is allowed in the above terms. All concerned to act on an authenticated copy of this order.
