The petitioner has filed this petition seeking direction to respondent no.1 to dispose of his Appeal. The said Appeal is filed in the year 2014 and is pending since then. We deem it fit and proper to direct respondent no.1 to dispose of the petitioner's Appeal, copy of which is annexed at Exhibit - C (Page 16 of the paper book) as expeditiously as possible and preferably within six weeks from today. Order accordingly.

It is made clear that we have disposed of this petition without touching the merits of the matter. All contentions of

In order to enable respondent no.1 to comply this order, the petitioner shall remain present before respondent no.1 along with copy of this order and copy of the Appeal Memo on 18th June, 2018.
