After arguing the Writ Petitions for some time, Mr. Gite, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners seeks withdrawal of the Writ Petitions. His only request is that the representation dated 27th January 2023, which is referred in the impugned order is not yet decided and the same be directed to be decided expeditiously. 3.

Accordingly, Respondent No.1 to take decision on said representation dated 27th January 2023 in accordance with law within a period of one month from today.

Subject to above, the Writ Petitions are disposed of as withdrawn with no order as to costs.
