The applicant is an accused in C.R. No.64/2014 registered with Gangapur Police Station, Nasik for offence u/s.376, 109, 506 of the IPC and u/s.4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. He was granted temporary bail by order dated 8/7/2015 on medical grounds and he was required to surrender on 30/11/2015. Interim bail granted to the applicant is extended from time to time. 2.

Mr. Mundergi, learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant has undergone angioplasty and that he still needs medical treatment.

Mrs. Shinde, learned APP submits that medical facilities are

rsk 2/2 APPP-963-15.doc available in Nasik Central Jail Hospital as well as Civil Hospital, Nasik. She has further submitted that while the applicant was on interim bail, he has been pressurizing the witnesses as well as the complainant. 4.

Considering the submissions made by Mrs. Shinde, learned APP in my considered view, it is not necessary to extend the interim bail. The applicant is directed to surrender before Nasik Central Jail on 23/2/2016 by 11.00 a.m. The Superintendent of Jail is directed to provide all necessary medical aid to the applicant as and when required. 5.
