The order dated 18/11/2014 passed by the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Head Quarters-1, Mumbai as a delgatee of the Licensing Authority i.e. the Commissioner of Police, Mumbai is taken exception to by way of the above Petition.

Since the Appeal filed by the Petitioners against the said order is pending before the State Government, it would be just and proper to direct the Appellate Authority to hear and decide the same within a particular time frame. The Appellate Authority is accordingly directed to hear and decide the said Appeal latest by 30th April 2015. The Petitioners to appear before the Appellate Authority on 8th April 2015 at 3.00 pm.
