The applicant is seeking regular bail in Crime No. I-202 of 2016 registered with Shanti Nagar Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 367, 363, 326, 323, 504 read with Section 34 Indian Penal Code. The applicants were arrested on July 12, 2016 and chargesheet in the matter was already filed. 2).

The role attributed to the present applicant is assaulting the complainant with fist blows.

The other two accused, Nizam and Khaju is alleged to have used rods and weapons for causing grievous hurt. As such, the applicants role can be segregated from that of the above two accused for consideration of bail. These two accused persons are directly involved.

In absence of criminal antecedents and investigation in the matter being complete, in my opinion, the applicant deserves to be released on bail.

Hence, the Bail Application is allowed. The applicant, he be released on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand only) with one or two sureties in the like amount.

The applicant to attend police station as and when called by the police.

7) The applicant shall not tamper with the evidence and/or influence the witnesses in any manner whatsoever. (N.W. SAMBRE, J)
