Heard Mr. Dewani, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. Kumbhakoni, learned Advocate General for respondent Nos.1 to 3-State. 2.

Learned Advocate General has made a statement at the Bar that after considering the revised audit report of the Auditor General, Government of Maharashtra and its authorities had revisited the impugned orders pursuant to which it is submitted that the two 1/2

WP10758&group_19.doc impugned orders dated 14.10.2016 and 28.09.2017 would be withdrawn. He however submits that if the circumstances so warrant, the State Authorities may pass fresh orders in accordance with law after giving due opportunity of hearing to the petitioners. 3.

In the light of the statement made by the learned Advocate General, no live issue survives for adjudication in these bunch of Writ Petitions.

Consequently, all the recovery notices would also stand withdrawn.

Accordingly, Writ Petitions are disposed of with liberty to the State as above.

All Civil Applications are also disposed of.
