Learned counsel appearing for the respondent in both the Petitions has placed on record the order passed by the Apex Court in Civil Appeal No.4953 of 2019 dated 9th May 2019, wherein the Hon'ble Apex Court has observed that "by the intervention of the Mediators, the entire spectrum of the matrimonial disputes has been resolved".

The consent terms were fled before the Apex Court. The Hon'ble Apex court has further observed that "in view of

Dusane 2/2 501,502 wp 10871,11953.doc the settlement, all proceedings shall stand withdrawn and a criminal proceeding F.I.R. No. 200 of 2019 shall stand quashed". 2.

In view of this, the very fact that the Apex Court has observed that "all the proceedings stand withdrawn", the learned counsel for the respondent submits that the pendency of these petitions would be of no avail and therefore deserve to be disposed of by the consent of parties, as resolved and undertaken before the Apex Court. Hence, both the petitions stand disposed of. 3.

The order of the Hon'ble Apex Court in Civil Appeal No. 4953 of 2019 is taken on record and marked Article "X" for identifcation.
