It appears that the petitioner raised objection regarding maintainability of the application in view of section 27 of the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007. The Family Court by impugned order partly allowed the application.

Considering the nature of objection regarding maintainability of the application, it is in the interest of justice that all objections of the petitioner including maintainability shall be decided at the time of final hearing of the application. 3.
