Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

Case of the Petitioner is ultimately, in short, is that mutation entry no.5628 dated 28 December 2020 in respect of the land in question is incorrect. The Petitioner has also applied for correcting the said mutation entry and we are informed that the matter is pending before the concerned authority. Since the mutation entry refers to pendency of a writ petition, let the application be decided by giving an opportunity to the said petitioner as well as the present
