The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has instructions from the sole petitioner, who is present in the Court, to withdraw the petition and that the petitioner will adopt alternate remedies, if any, available in law. Accordingly, on application of the petitioner, the petition is allowed to be withdrawn. The withdrawal of the petition will not prevent the petitioner from adopting such alternate remedy as may be available in law. (A.K.MENON, J.)
