The civil application is filed for condonation of delay of one year and nineteen days.

The Applicant was working as a labourer in the garden department of the Respondent Corporation. The dispute that was raised by the Applicant, was regarding removal of the Applicant from service. The reason given in the application is that, after removal from service, the Applicant was not keeping well and the financial condition also deteriorated. It is stated that the Applicant is of 62

On 17 June 2016, learned counsel for the Respondent Corporation sought time for filing reply. No reply is filed till date. The averments made in the civil application have gone uncontroverted. The civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Place the appeal on board as per the C.M.I.S. date, after all office objections are removed.
